  • First off, I would like to say that the new facility bill at Charlotte Douglas Airport is top notch. After a long hectic work week it was great getting in and out in of a rental car quickly. my experience in dealing with the staff was nothing short of of incredible. I was greeted and taken care of by William Collins. After a long hectic work week on the road he was able to moving things along well for me and took care of me like family. From now until future notice I will continue to use Budget at the airport because of one thing and that is the friendly staff that works there.
