| - Ok. I've been there twice. First time, was not given 10 % discount on both items I purchased, only the least expensive one. Noticed this after leaving store.When I emailed customer service, (apparently their phone is only decorative as no one answers it.. EVER). Was contacted by Christine who sorted out problem, agreed they had made an error and told me if I returned, I would get a "good discount" for my trouble. I returned, asked for Christine as directed, and was told she was on break. Then, in her usual jumbled way of explaining any discount or pricing, (the same budtender as before) said she was aware of my email... Again, only after getting home, did I realize all her double talk did not result in any actual "good discount" offered for my trouble in the first purchase. Either TRAIN YOUR DAMN EMPLOYEES, or do NOT allow them to use your product while working. My God, how hard can that be??? I've seen enough. wont be back.
