  • I don't understand why my mothers hematologist and my Pulmonologist where never called! Why she was kept another night when the cardiologist released her on Friday. I asked to have the Hematologist pages (she was in the hospital) and was told she was. So like an IDIOT I stayed another night thinking my mom would see the hematologist... about 10am the doctor released her again like an IDIOT i was waiting to see the hematologist. when asking the nurse where is the doctor (hematologist) I would have to stay another night, asked if therapy was setup (had hip replacement on the 26th) was told I'd have to stay another night WTF I was totally pissed at this point ask wanted to take my mom out of your hospital that seems you are more after making money than helping a patient. still what never happened since friday... no socks that where ordered, no tablet for my moms dentures. best yet the diet restrictions she got, I asked the heart doctor he said 1 she could go home today, 2 she has no diet restrictions!!! well come around 4pm and nothing being done to take my mom home I said I'd make her walk to the door so I can take her home... bla bla bla had one of the head managers come in and say if she leaves it is against doctors orders... WTF I told her she was again released at 10am this morning Not sure how you run your hospital I never had issues anywhere close to this in your hospital before nor any other hospital I have ever visited. To top it all off your hospital released her with NO PAIN MEDICATION!!! spoke with someone on Saturday night was told I would have the script at my pharmacy, that a doctor would write a script and have it carrier to my pharmacy. Well come 9:30am asking about the script, come to find out again NOTHING WAS DONE. Now I was told I have to pick it up and take it to the pharmacy myself... good thing I was able to pick up some medication from someone else since YOUR HOSPITAL again didn't give a shit about how the hell I'm suppose to leave my mom alone and run around to do all of this myself. I will sooner shoot myself in my head than step foot into your hell hole of a hospital again. GOD bless you and your new way of running a hospital I thought cook county in Chicago was bad... they are a god send in comparison to your place. also this is day 3 I left a message to your "administration" left a message in the room and NOTHING wish I could give you a negative. Other than the Week day nursers seemed to be kind and caring but your night and weekend staff as well need help maybe having more people on staff and not hoarding all the money. I'm done.. and no reason to not let others know about what happened to me in a private message. Let the world see!!
