  • The only reason I gave one star is because it wouldn't allow me to go any less. They are horrible! Just horrible. The guy (owner) decided to cut my daughters nails the length HE thought was a good length for her. We proceeded to tell him that we didn't want them short so he got upset with us saying "short nail better". So I asked him to remove them and boy did he remove them with aggression, one bled and the others in pain due to him ripping them off. Terrible customer service!
