  • Definitely one of the better (and slightly more affordable) restaurants in Mandalay! I shared the Tarragon Chicken Salad Sandwich (with a side of potato salad) and the Kobe Beef Fries with a friend. The sandwich was really good! It comes on toasted bread which works well with the texture of the chicken salad. It's a good size too. The potato salad was ok, but nothing special. The fries were actually really good, but I don't know if they are worth the price. I think you lose some of the kobe flavor when you mix it with chili. Still, really tasty! Service was really great too. Our waiter was on top of his stuff, and he was straightforward about everything in the menu and his suggestions (which I have grown to appreciate in a waiter).
