  • Sauce needs improvement. I chose the Confident, and the sauce was just so overwhelming it covered up the taste of the fish and other toppings. Was it pure hoisin sauce? So salty. Why not just marinate the fish? I appreciated the generous amount of tuna and other toppings over sushi rice. The rice however - couldn't tell if there was any vinegar in there (did someone forget to season it?) and it was packed so tightly in the bowl. They seemed pretty newly opened and the place was busy on the Tuesday 1 pm when I arrived. I'd go back if they made improvements...
