  • My original review wasn't published online. Hence, I'm rewriting it here and hopefully it stays here. I got a bike from this place almost two months ago. It is the worst place that I have negotiated with so far. Before I came in, I have negotiated everything through online and the phone. I told them I was heading down there to get the bike and so they said they will get the paperworks going. I got there and was immediately attended to. However, this Leny guy thought that I came in and thought I was just going to get this particular bike without even asking anything or even trying to negotiate about the price. And so I told him about the situation and we finally got the numbers. Long story short we didn't finish until about three or four hours later. They were completely unorganized with the whole process of the deal. Delivery was set up the next day. They told me the bike should arrive around noon and sure enough, noon came and they weren't there nor any calls from them and so I called them just to know that they even had a wrong address, which was very unacceptable since I wrote it for em before leaving the place. I was suppose to receive information regarding the payment within two weeks of purchase. AND then came the payment due date! still nothing. I just decided to take it upon myself to go to the bank and fix everything once and for all. They basically haven't forwarded the information I provided and the bank wasn't able to finalize the paperworks. I spent an hour and a half in the bank for such unnecessary stupidity. I highly recommend that you try to avoid this place at all costs unless only them have the vehicle that you need/want. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
