  • In search of a new salon for the past year, I was referred by a few people to Cachet. I was told to ask for Shaina so I called ahead to make an appointment. Even though they don't schedule spots less than 2 hours in advance, the receptionist informed me that Shaena should be available upon my arrival (about 25 minutes). When I arrived I was greeted warmly by the receptionist who asked for my information before directing me to the waiting area. The salon was pleasantly scented and appeared clean upon initial glance. The salon is very beautifully decorated, complete with a bar that serves beverages including wine (2 drink limit), several flat screen tv's, sparkly light fixtures, and swanky leather furniture. I waited a while longer than I anticipated but it was ok since I didn't make an appointment. During this time I was able to peruse baskets of color selections for my gel manicure and pedicure. I really appreciated them creating duplicate samples so that everyone in the whole salon doesn't have to wait for one perto finish looking. One thing I didn't appreciate was one of the girls behind the counter going on about how she "was drunk last night." Shaina was very kind and attentive. She took the time to explain the difference between the various service combinations and was very gracious about having been recommended highly by others. Needless to say,my mani/pedi was flawless. It was expensive $80+20% tip for a gel manicure and colada pedicure (callus removal is extra $10 so $70+$10) but I received great service. Make an appointment or you'll be waiting.
