| - This location is very poorly managed and unprofessional. I have been a loyal Jiffy Lube customer for 10 years but this past week was my first time at this specific location. I had a really bad experience from both a customer service AND oil change perspective.
Wait time: I was the first car in line when I arrived (there were two cars being worked on, I was next), yet the total time was 70 minutes. While I waited I saw an employee pull a car up to the "exit" side of the bay and the two employees who were working on my car turned and started working on his. No idea what they were doing or why. The employee later parked his car and sat and smoked while the others went back to my car.
Service: When I was finally "checked out" the employee who had been smoking called my name and gave me the total. He did not go over any of the service elements, such as what had been done, what type of oil had been used, tire pressure, next recommended service... anything. He simply rang me up. When I got to my car and reviewed the check list on my receipt I saw that many of the items they said were "done," were not. No vacuuming, window washing, etc. What else hadn't been done?
Complaint resolution: I returned the next day to complain, as I was genuinely concerned that my oil may not have been changed. I had no idea what they spent over an hour doing! The manager was extremely unprofessional and offered me 10% off on my next visit but otherwise didn't address any of my concerns. He was very childish and actually tipped me off to another distasteful practice; while we were reviewing the checklist that had been ignored during my visit he said that the air filters were in perfect condition and that's why they weren't changed. Guess what? The employee who checked me in the day before showed me extremely dirty air filters and recommended that I buy both. I declined since my car is new. Another classic scam! When I told the manager his employees told me mine needed replacement he said, "I'm sowwy," which is "I'm sorry" in a baby voice. Not kidding. That's how he responded. He talked like a baby on several occasions and when I said, "I don't want to be spoken to that way," he said, "I have my mother's personality. Don't blame me." What does that mean? So odd!
This place is unprofessional and overpriced. I used to tolerate the cost because the service was reliable and fast. This location is neither.
