  • Okay this review has nothing to do with Dr. Meharry, as she was AWESOME, seriously, 5-star material... There were two ladies in the glasses area. The first woman saw me looking around and offered to help, answered some questions, and was very sweet/helpful.... *enter second woman* Now this woman was a piece of work. Not only was she harassing me, RUDE, and somehow while doing this, acting like I'm wasting her time (when there is nobody else in the store)... But she also, after offering nothing but a terrible experience, stole my commission from the sweet, older lady who had actually helped me! No, one very sour attitude did not warrant one star, but the fact that I paid $500+ for a pair of glasses that will not fit on my face because of her does. If I'm going to pay that much for my specs I expect 100000% more in the customer service department!! Sorry Pearle Vision, and hope you figure it out because I've been a loyal customer for 5+ yrs.
