  • This review is in regard to Dr. Hill at the E Via De Ventura Blvd location. THE WORST medical experience I have ever encountered (and I am over 55 years old.) Completely disorganized staff, wrong medication prescribed (meant for another patient) during an experience with extreme pain. It took three (3) full days to sort it out with his staff! His assistant, Laura, is surprisingly inept. She can't remember what she said she was going to do, she can't be bothered to look at her notes, she can't be bothered to return a phone call, she will put you on hold endlessly and forget to come back on the line. Useless. It's surprising that a doctor would allow that level of unprofessionalism with his main assistant. Both Dr. Hill and his staff are completely non-responsive after they have collected their payment. The excel in billing and billing only, every other aspect of dealing with them was truly horrendous. They couldn't care less about their patients or your medical experience...it's all about collecting your money. The ONLY department you can get on the phone with immediate ease is the billing department. STAY CLEAR. Truly the worst.
