  • The hotel room itself was good with plenty space. The bed was a little firmer than I like but was still comfortable. The chair with the high arms in the room was too comfortable I did not want to get up. The shower was good size and plenty of hot water for my room in the 2270's range of rooms. The TV was not that great even though it was a large flat screen the connection and video quality was horrible. It was closer to a TV with an antenna. The ice machine was great. Clean ice and always had plenty of ice as I tend to use a lot this was useful. The view from my room was nice and was able to see the other hotels and lights at night. The hotel staff were always helpful and friendly. There are places to eat all hours of the night and the PH convenience store is 24 hours and had almost anything you could need. The casino does not have any low min tables to play like some of the casinos down the strip into the old town part of Vegas. The valet service takes about 30 min to get your vehicle and they do not have call down service. You will need to physically show up for your car. I suspect this is to keep traffic moving and cars just sitting there waiting on guests. It's a busy area so this kinda makes sense. You just need to plan ahead for this. There is also often a sign saying valet full. You need to look closely it also states hotel guests only. So if your staying just go on through and your good to go. We got our rooms at a reasonable price thanks to one of our co-workers who had status with the hotel. Overall we had a good trip and good stay.
