  • PATHETIC SERVICE!!! We sat down approx 6:45pm almost immediately upon walking in. Noticed people are sitting but no food on the table. After 15minutes we got our water. Roughly 30 min just to get our 30pcs of wings and took another 10 min to bring out our fried rice. I had to walk in the bar just to ask for forks. Obviously they were short staffed on a Saturday during peak hours "really?!" They have great Korean fried chicken no doubt but shitty staff service. So many people waited and we saw people walking at the bar just to get plates and chopsticks, other tables were not even prepared and people just sat there. The workers here don't give a shit! We walked out at 8pm after waiting for another 15min after my daughter walked up to a server whose at the bar and asked for our check. Outside 4 employees taking their break peaking inside and laughing... and the gal that serves us was there too. The staffs there ought to be fired starting from the management down. There's a lot of people needing jobs and maybe you guys can find someone who cares for their job and will give better service.
