I visited this studio once so far for an aerial yoga class. I was there early so I went in and was greeted warmly and asked to sign in. The studio is separated into a couple of sections - one area with different types of weight machines and equipment and the other side with a wood floor for zumba, yoga, etc. Aerial yoga was much more difficult than I thought it would be! The instructor was patient and sweet. and helped spot us when we couldn't flip upside down by ourselves. What a fun experience it was! The studio in general was nice but it could have been a little cleaner- definitely not bad enough not to go back. I will be returning!
