  • Came in to book for a wedding party, but they were too busy to take our order or talk about it. No catalog or any price information is available. Their website does not mention you need an appointment, and other tux rental places do not require an appointment. Wanted to at least get measurements done since we came all that way but they were too busy for us to do that. We rented our wedding party elsewhere, if we had at least been able to get the measurements done there we probably would have taken our rentals there too. They were also too busy to take our tailoring order, and had to go elsewhere for tailoring. (separate person, who was also too busy) I accept that it can be busy but they should have the staff they need. They also could have said we are busy but we can give you some information. I thought this would have been a straightforward easy process to rent from Moore's, but obviously if we couldn't even get any service there was no point in going here at all, it was a total waste of time, so I'm unable to recommend it to others.
