  • The supervisor name Carmelita is a total liar. Very dishonest. I honestly don't know how business can be managed with a supervisor like that. Avoid all Lowe's if possible. Terrible customer service all around and incompetent people. I had to order by refrigerator 4x and they manage to *uck it up 4x. I'm in such a need of a refrigerator so bad that I have to put up with it. I hope they go out of business. Errr..I am so mad!
