  • I unfortunately had to visit Falconer Funeral Home today with my mother to plan services for my step-father. I can't say enough about how welcoming, helpful, and compassionate Chris (the owner) was at this difficult time. At no point did it feel as though Chris was trying to sell us on anything. He listened, made suggestions when needed, and did everything possible to guide us in making the decisions that were right for our family, even when we discussed moving the funeral to CA and choosing a different funeral home. He was so patient, and his calm, caring demeanor really put my mother at ease. I cannot thank Falconer enough for how they've cared for our family throughout this process.
