  • Absolutely terrible experience buying from here. over a year ago I purchased a large sectional from this store and found out less than a few days later that one of the reclining chairs had a problem. It popped and grinded as I move the recliner into different positions. I reached out immediately and was told to provide pictures via email. I sent these pictures and waited about a month before I finally called them and asked what was going on. This process went back and forth with new people working in their claims department, emails not getting answered and phone calls not being returned. A year has gone by I've sent well over 10 emails called well over 10 times and spoken to handful of people and nobody has been able to resolve my recliner issue. All of their responses usually in with "we have to wait we to see what the manufacturer says" Buyer beware. I'll never buy a piece of furniture from this store again. You shouldn't either
