rev:text	Aw man. What a bummer. I'll start off by saying I've been back a couple of times since my review, all for pedicures, and had decent experiences each time, not amazing. I'd also like to add that I don't get my nails done very often (hence only a couple of times in the past year), but I'm getting married in a month and decided to give the cuticles on my hands a little love. Well I came back for a mani/pedi and was seriously disappointed. I came straight from work on a Tuesday, got there about 5:45 (they close at 7), and they all seemed rushed.. as if they were trying to get everyone out before 7. I remember them being busy before, so I didn't think much of it. I was attended to right away, which was nice (although the poor woman next to me waited for at least 20 minutes before anyone greeted her). I was expecting to get my hands and toes done at the same time, since that's what I've seen them do in the past, but they had the same tech do both for me, toes first. Not a huge deal. Now i realize every tech is different, and I'm hesitant to base my entire review off this guy (which is why I'm keeping it at three stars and not going down to two or one), but he HACKED my cuticles. I know they were bad, but Jesus! He barely let them soak before he chopped away. OW! It would be one thing if it was worth it and my nails looked good after, but it wasn't and they don't. The polish is already coming off and I got it done less than two days ago. And he cut one of my toe nails too short. Again, OW. It seems to me like this place is very hit or miss, and I'm not willing to gamble on them anymore.
