  • I took my pup to Ivan at Lugari a few weeks ago, and I could not be happier with my experience (and neither could she)! Besides the fact that it's super convenient to where I live, working with Ivan was a breeze. He can communicate via text, which (let's be honest) is the easiest way to get in touch with people these days. He got me in for an appointment same day, and Soph was immediately comfortable when I dropped her off- whereas in the past, she has been uneasy about me leaving her behind in an unfamiliar place. After a couple of hours, I popped back by to pick her up and she was looking SO happy in the grooming room! The best part of all is that she smelled GREAT! I hate the smell of dog shampoo usually but whatever Ivan uses is incredible. I've already told several people about Lugari and I will most definitely be back!
