  • This place is TERRIBLE!!! Very rude! I had a groupon from a friend so I went to redeem it. I called to make an appt and the receptionist took my info and preferred date. I had to repeat my email address 3x and my date 2x. The Groupon says the name is Diya Beauty and Spa but the sign on the door is listed as Holistic Bodyoptions which was really confusing to find. I showed up and the guy at the desk told me the date was wrong (scheduled for tmr) but I said I specially asked for this date for a reason. He told me they had emailed me but I kept repeating I never got it. He continued to literally call me a liar. Then he showed me the screen and the receptionist had written down my email wrong. So then I argued that if she wrote the email down wrong she also is capable of booking wrong dates. It continued where he called me a liar, refused to see the actual situation, and told me to calm down, lower my hands (I talk with them) even though he was doing the same. He said he refused to talk with me until I did. I wasn't even allowed to gesture!!! I was so fed up I told him the company is ridiculous. He took the Groupon sheet and told me to shut up! Then he pushed me out the door and slammed it in my face. This place is horrible - rude, incompetent, and also difficult to call (no one answers). If I could give this place no stars I would!
