  • DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY!! As far as the car buying part, I am happy. I am not happy that we purchased a $3000 warranty. Noah Grant was the one who explained about the warranty and made the comment "if something happens to the air conditioner this summer you're going to want this plan." Well, four months later the air conditioner will only blow air out of the floor vents. We take it in and it's NOT covered under the warranty and the dealership wants $680 to fix it!!!!! So I am lost as to what we paid $3000 for and feel a bit scammed. I did a little research on this warranty company (Automotive Warranty Services, Inc.) they use and it is NOT a member of the BBB and has over 160 complaints filed against it. I looked at other review websites and could only find complaints against it. I have a feeling I just gave away $3000 and nothing will be covered by the warranty. Very surprised a dealership would do business with a company that is not accredited with the BBB. We will be taking the car to a regular mechanic and find out what they are going to charge. I will post that estimate as well...
