  • I came to this shop and spoke to John based on the reviews. I had taken my car to another shop but wanted a second opinion before deciding. After speaking to John i decided to try them out and set up a appointment to have my car dropped off. A week or so goes by and i returned. All of a sudden there were a list of problems and excuses on why he couldnt get it done. After dealing with some hostility i tried figuring out what went wrong. All i got was more pointing fingers and excuses. I decided to dig deaper and ask some more questions. After asking some questions and giving him some time to get his story straight it became apperant he was not being honest. He was using someone else and he wanted more money. I believe a deal is a deal. And honesty and integrity is very important to me. And this shop has neither. I Now have to spend more money and time becuase this shop couldnt follow through on their promises. Its great to be a good sales person its better in my book to be honest and offer good service. So beware and stay away if possible. And if you dont believe and still work done here. Make sure to check your invoice and get your car checked immediately after. Because what they promise is far diffrent from what is delivered. It is really too bad shops like this are still in business.
