They had an offer on their website. When I wanted to register for my class, they didn't honor the offer and claimed that it is only for a single category of class.
After telling them, they add a disclaimer to their website that the offer only applies to a single category (which shows even more that I'm not just crazy and they found validity in my claim)
They not only didn't honor their offer, the person I talked to (I talked very nicely and kindly) Joe just hung up the phone and didn't even bother to accept their mistake.
In the business of service Joe shouldn't be allowed. Do not trust this place as their masters don't know simplest concept of customer service. How are they going to teach you business that is service oriented.
