  • I wish I could give a better rating but i'm here to be honest. I do come here on a monthly basis because of the location. The haircut my two Maltese receive are very simple puppy cuts and I know one of my dogs is extremely passive and easy to cut. The people are friendly and very willing to try new things that are safe to perform on animals. I did get my dogs dyed a few times and it came out great. Now to the bad. I have brought my dogs here about 10 times now. On two occasions both dogs came back with a cough that lasted a little over a week. At first I thought it was just coincidence but on the 2nd time I narrowed it down to possibly being the brief time spent in their back room cages or small hair particles being breathed in during the haircuts. Another time one of my dogs came back with an ear infection that started growing and giving its tell tale sign of ear infection smell the day after. The best part about this location is the actual employees and their knowledge of dog cuts. My favorite part is their willingness to safely decorate my dog in mohawks, round bear faces, and even taught me about the safety of certain dyes for dogs. I once wanted my dog to be a panda but the only dye they could use would be a temporary dye and talked me out of it because of the danger near the dogs eyes. They do really care about the animals. I will continue to use this location and appreciate their hard work.
