  • My BFF and I decided to have a late dinner at Holsteins on a weeknight. It was about 9pm and when we walked in, we opted to sit in the bar area. They have these cool tables where you can watch TV. It was the semi-finals to the hockey game and we decided to watch with the locals. My friend ordered a cookies and cream alcoholic shake and I ordered a club soda. His shake was humongous! I had a bite of the cookie and it was good. I ordered the Fun-ghi Burger without the caramelized onion. The burger came with forest mushrooms, gruyere cheese, frisbee, and truffle mayo. I requested a lettuce wrap and they obliged. The burger was big and very filling. I barely finished my burger. I upgraded to onion rings and the rings were delicious. Unfortunately, I couldn't finish my rings, but wished I was able to take it back to my room. Service was great and we were checked on appropriately. Liked the ambiance and noticed a lot of families dining here. If you want to avoid the kiddos, then sit in the bar.
