  • I have been using Bulwark for a few months now and they have consistently provided quality service from right out of the gate. Our technician Ron never fails to provide service with a smile and Bulwark is great about coming out to do follow up trips with no questions asked...all I have to do is give them a call anytime to let them know if I see even one little insect loitering on the inside of my premises and usually the next day they come right out and take care of business, no hassle, no charge, in and out to spray the interior and the problem is solved. So often places get irritated if you dare call them in-between normal service times, but not Bulwark as they don't ask questions or make excuses, they just get the job done. Pest control is one of those "set it and forget it" type of services that I just want done without any headaches, and Bulwark does that and then some, as I have never seen Ron or any of the techs grumble or complain, as they are very personable and have a service-oriented attitude which is a HUGE plus. Another huge plus is the fact that they don't make you wait around for hours at a time as they will call me 30min beforehand so I can head home from work and meet them at the front door if they are doing an interior follow up for me. No issues, no headaches, no complaints...can't ask for more than that!
