  • I'm not impressed with this dispensary. You have to walk in and present your ID. Your name is taken down and written on a piece of paper and it states if you're a recreational user or medicinal user. You then walk through 2 frosted glass doors to a line of people that you also have to wait in... and across the room is ANOTHER line for "VIP" users who get serviced first before regular customers. You then wait in line for an ungodly amount of time waiting for an employee to assist you. Once they finally do, you have to give them that piece of paper the "receptionist" hands you in the beginning. Once you hand them the paper they get up on this wooden platform and show you what they have. They were OUT of pre-rolls!! Which is absolutely ridiculous. After picking out what you want, the associate THEN grabs the product (thats already in packaging) and takes it to ANOTHER associate who "packages" it and they tell you to wait in the second lobby for your NAME to be called. Which also means you aren't assisted based off of a first come first served basis. Your package THEN gets passed to a cashier. After paying you can finally leave the ridiculous place. I spent 40 minutes in a dispensary only buying one measly gram. Only reason I gave this place an additional two stars was because Robert has awesome customer service and keeps you laughing and the prices for my favorite sativa gummies were cheaper than Thrive in North Las Vegas.
