rev:text	I moved here with my brother a few years ago in a 2 bed 1 bath and it was GREAT! Now Im Married and I and my Wife moved out of the $1500 a month house back to Desert Homes in a 2 bed 2 bath and We both Love It! My Brother lives around the corner in his own Apt. but lived in another Equity apt for a year before And he loves it too.. Great Staff, Great Location, Quiet (off 7th street).. I love paying rent online and having a starbucks, 2 Grocery stores, a Bunch of Restaurants, Target, and More just across the street.. Sometimes we just walk to the store or out to eat.. We make almost 100 thousand a year but wouldnt live anywhere else. I lived in a Very Expensive Apt. in Scottsdale when I first moved here and had my car broken into twice there.. Never Here... Negatives?.. The apartment color sucked but they just repainted (Much better).. Not a lot for a exercise room but a LA Fitness is just across the way.. Washers and dryers in each Apt..Oh wait, thats a Positive sorry.. Overall, My advice is If you like to party, trash your place, Use Drugs, Into Crime.. This place is NOT for You.. But,, If you live in a BAD AREA and just want a nice place that is clean, safe and quiet to enjoy life, raise your kid or save some money without losing quality.. This Place is Comfortable and Clean..
