My husband, friends and I visited not too long ago and we absolutely love your restaurant. It's well designed, the servers are very professional but what really set me over the top was your Salmon dish. The top coating or sugar crust is absolutely amazing. I've never had anything like it. How did Chef create such a masterpiece? Is there any way Chef would be open to sending the recipe or letting me know how he created the almost hard shell crust on the top?
