  • Forget this place we are all about supporting local businesses but not this place, the first time we went there the lady would not stop talking to us so we can focus on what carpet we want in our master bedroom.took some samples home,she came out measured and we gave her our carpet we selected. We went up there to pay the deposit for it and the guy said we can't find our invoice she must've put it somewhere. they are Highly unorganized. He told us what date they were installing carpet so we went and bought furniture I coordinated for delivery for the day after carpet was supposed to be installed. they called us at the last minute to tell us the carpet was nowhere to be found, they finally found it and told us they would be installed Thursday and they would give us ample warning on when they were coming to install it.because we live in down town Lakewood and work downtown Cleveland so with traffic it's a 15,20 minute drive. Installers called and said they were sitting outside our house. This ordeal has been miserable not go there.
