  • The worst management company ever! They are major con artist! Unprofessional, unreliable and not good people! I was promised my house would be clean by the time i moved in, but was not I called them and asked them why the house was not clean they said "oh just leave it as you found it when I move out and they won't take it out of deposit" the back yard had nothing but weeds and they promised they would take care of it! Sent me the bill twice without even consulting with me! The lawn was never done but new west kept billing me 60 dollars because any job under 100 I had to pay for! They are so sly so the billed me in different payments claiming some one came and did my lawn but never did! Do now that I moved out they told me if I professionally clean carpet they wont take it out of deposit! Spent 300 on carpet cleaning company and still didn't get any deposit back! And they are charging me for the yard claiming I killed the grass when there was no grass from the beginning! Please dont trust these people!!! I would hate for this to happen to any one!!! Really this company deserves negative stars!!!
