  • We came here for NYE dinner. Wasn't sure if it was going to be busy so we made reservations. Come to find out not busy at all. Upon entering the restaurant the host greeted us then asked how many. I told her 4 and that we had reservations. She then said oh OK, then showed me an iPad with a lot of names then said "do you see your name?" I pointed out my name then she walked us to our table. My son and I sat down then realized the table was dirty! Food/crumbs everywhere on the table. We waited for about 10mins before I stopped someone to ask them to please clean our table off. We got water in a container/bottle and in our 4 glasses.... the water was warm. Not sure who likes warm water but we don't so we asked for ice. We ordered our food which we didn't wait long for it to come out but we had no silverware or napkins. We waited for the waitress to come back with it but she didn't so we stopped someone else to ask for that. Our waitress was nice don't get me wrong just felt since it wasn't busy at all, the service, table & host should have been on top of their game. The 3 stars is for the experience we had. I would have gave it a 5 star because the food was awesome! We ordered the Mac and cheese, cutting board and a pepperoni pizza. The food was tasty. I would like to try this place again because of the food but just hoping our experience will be a lot better if we decide to go again.
