rev:text	I would not recommend Nicklin Property Management to renters. I rented from them for 1 year and the whole experience was not pleasant. They are rude to tenants and and try I to charge for unrealistic policies they try to implement in place. They are not accommodating in anyway to the renter and make you feel that you are just a renter, and make it known, not a very welcoming feeling of where your staying, constant reminder that you are just a renter and need to have payment in on the 1st with no exceptions, not even post marked by the 1st counts. Most rental companies will give you a few days leeway to have the rent in by. They would not work with me on my rent credit of $50 you receive if in by the 1st of the month, been an excellent tenant, always early with rent payments, but my date of pay changed to the 3rd now of the month, they would not work with me at all. I asked to have a check to them by the 1st and asked not to cash it until the 3rd, or post marked before the 1st, they would have no compassion, even though I have been an excellent tenant and early with all payments. So I would have to pay an extra $50 over just the 2 day span difference, that's $600 a year I would be paying over the 2 day difference, that adds up. I think it is rediculous, all they seem to care about is money. I was told to have the payment in by the 1st or pay the extra $50 or if not received by the 5th of the month notice to vacate will be sent out. Wow... Glad when my lease was up, found a new place I like better for the same price, and have nicer more helpful property management now that works with me and even lets me have my rent payment in by the 3rd. When moving out they send a long list of certain things they want done, and has to meet only their standard of approval, including having to use only their carpet cleaning referral that is highly priced, your not allowed to rent, or use other cleaning company they said due to the fact they don't trust others cleaning the carpets and causing damage, but their so-called company is very expensive and they try to charge the tenant for so much when moving out, do not be surprised if they try to take most of your deposit for their so-called excuses.
