  • Worst experience ever while renting a vehicle. They quoted me $380 over the phone and didn't mention the $650 deposit. I went in and was charged $475 plus a $650 deposit for an '07 Dodge Grand Caravan. Let me start by saying this van wasn't even worth $1000. It had 226,000 miles on it, almost all of the interior trim was falling apart, and the middle row seat wasn't even bolted down! We hit a bump and the exhaust fell apart. The van progressively got louder. They charged me the $650 deposit without even telling me. This is a real slimy place.
