  • If you adopt a cat from this store, make sure to fill out the form from the third party agency that you will never declaw the cat at any point in the future. Neither petsmart or their 3rd party informed our family of this policy at any point in the preprocess of filling out the lengthy paperwork and we were denied adoption of the cat AFTER our kids fell in love with it. Called Petsmart to complain. The manager personally picked out the third party adoption agency and defended their actions. I guess our honesty was our demise in a new kitten for our kids. We will be boycotting this store (despite it being very close to our home).
