  • Well to update my horrible horrible experience living here I'm now having to replace a $1,200 dollar laptop because this place is honestly run by monkeys. From the lack of any parking due to "renovations" and every time being shot down when you have a complaint from the leasing office, I would rather live in a card board box. Do not live here, I honestly don't have words for the level of frustration this place brings me and my girlfriend. I've never in my almost 6 years of living in Phoenix had a worse apartment complex and management company. People in comas have more common sense then the people running this place. Like I said DO NOT LIVE HERE. Ever since BH "management" bought this place out its just gone so south it's a joke. From missing mail, to trash everywhere, to constant shutting off of hot water and utilities for "repair" I'm at my wits end. Needles to say we will not be resigning and have regretting living here every day (LITERALLY EVERY DAY) since BH Has come along. Again DO. NOT. LIVE. HERE
