  • I purchased a laptop with Best Buy and was told that the total device protection plan was a full comprehensive service with a one time fee. There was no mention of a 3 year contract nor a reoccurring monthly fee of 29.99 The lack of transparency made the whole ordeal awful and the after sale service was abysmal. The service was misrepresented to me
