  • The staff is by far the worst people i dealt with specially Jessica from the billing department who just informed me because I am trying to transfer my records to a Another doctor they will refuse service and they will not see me again and I'm not allowed to even come in the office. Now this are her words, what she doesn't understand is i have the right to transfer to a different doctor, since Ryan parker is gone, this place has gone wrong, from not picking up the calls to not returning calls, sending invoices older than two years, claiming i never payed, but still took me in for appointments plus what makes no sense is: you have to pay the co-pay upfront, why is it that now I'm been told I've never payed. Just like women specialty care they tell you if you have a previous balance, the next time you are there or call you to let you know if there is an outstanding balance, Jessica from southern nv internal said it was my responsibility to check if i owe any money!!!! I've had to change pediatricians before from Seven hills pediatrics Dr Alphonsa (because they were not taking my insurance any more) to Southern nv internal, Dr. Ryan parker, Dr Alphonsa took care of my daughter even though she knows Dr. Ryan Parker was seeing her as well, she never refuse service, even when I couldn't get an appointment with Parker she never said no to my daughter. I would give her a call and she would be happy to take in my daughter. The staff is sweet there and amazing, nice, respectful and if I had a balance due they will always let me know. Unfortunately jessica thinks she owns the business and is destroying it for the good Dr who works there. Just look at how many complains the staff has but you wont see the Dr. Name. Their front of the house is the one ruin the business
