  • Rude, disrespectful, and not professional at all. After the customer in front of us was done, she completely ignored us and went about her business talking to her coworkers. Not even a "I'll be right with you." She glanced at us and continued to converse with her coworkers. Worst customer service we've encountered on this trip. You're a service based business, act like it. A simple "I'll be right with you" goes a long way. We left and went to Starbucks and got way better service.
