  • Very happy I found this place! A friend had recommended a place closer that also had great reviews but my truck is a CNG bi-fuel and the other shop couldn't help. Ahren has a lot of CNG experience and worked with me to get my truck in at an appropriate time so that if he needed to keep it overnight he would not have to leave it in the parking lot. First indication of customer concern. Had the truck towed in, I was 95% sure it was the fuel pump. His diagnostic charge was less then half the price of the competing CNG shop (and they did not impress me over the phone). He suggested I wait while he did his troubleshooting. I watched and he was very systematic and logical and you could tell he had listened to me when I explained what I had checked out. It took him 10 minutes to confirm the fuel pump and since it was so quick he rolled most of the diagnostics charge into the repair labor. He gave me some parts options, OEM or aftermarket got on the phone getting the part on the way and gave me an estimate for 60% of what I expected. 3 hours later I got a call, he was done, but had found a couple things he was concerned with, even texting me pictures. I had him replace a leaking water pump and change the oil and was still under the amount I expected to spend on the fuel pump. Customer service was awesome, he understands we work hard for the money. He kept me informed all along, wasn't pushy about getting the additional work done. He made recommendations, didn't talk down to me. When I picked up the truck he drove me around pointing out some more things, knowing I'll be selling it soon so that I would know what was going on for when a buyer checked out the truck. This is a small shop that delivers!
