I started going there more than ten years ago, since my wife's family all went there. Over the next decade I was bounced between dentists.
After years of sub-par treatment, I stopped going. (You'd think that if a long-time patient says he's had a problem with service, then the dentist might call to resolve the issue? Guess again. I never heard a word from them.) But since my wife's family had gone for so long, I told them that the rest of my family would continue to go there. The office's reaction -- even though I explicitly told them otherwise (twice!) -- was to decide that no one in my family was visiting again. I found this out TODAY after I called to schedule a check-up for my child.
Our dental insurance expires at the end of next month and I now have to find another dentist (who will take our insurance) in a hurry.
