  • Was turned away when arriving at 5:00 p.m. as they do not allow customers in after 4:30 p.m., despite the Aquarium being open until 6:00 p.m. This is not posted anywhere at the park, nor is it posted on the website, nor can you get this information from their phone number. It took 12 minutes until we found an employee who informed us of this. He was polite, but it was completely irrelevant that they close to ticket booths at 4:30, if they don't actually have it written anywhere or even put up a "Closed" sign. They do however advertise that they have events at 6:45pm and 7:15pm start times implying that you can actually enter the aquarium if you get there an hour before they "close". The butterfly venue next door does post their correct hours, and puts "Closed" signs on their ticket booth, as does every other museum, aquarium, botanical garden, theatre, auditorium, or general venue of any kind. I would highly suggest skipping this place until their management addresses such issues, as this shows a complete lack of experience in managing any basic sort of customer experience for an attraction venue.
