  • We called Mike Byrne, Senior Asst Manager, at Discount Tire here and he made great tire recommendations and provided me with 'out the door' pricing. We drove 2 1/2 hours to have tires replaced on two vehicles, prices came out to the penny, appointments set for 11 and 11:30 am. Almost like clockwork, vehicle #1 rolled in for tire work. The second will roll in momentarily. Very professional and courteous. I witnessed a gentleman walk in and was greeted and attended to in less than 15 SECONDS from walking in. The store in my town ignored my mere existence for over 30 minutes on TWO separate occasions ... never going there again!!!
