| - To all the readers indulging into my review right now. Please disregard the negative reviews left by such laughable characters. I have personally stayed in this luxurious resort over 15 times in the past years. I remember this resort when it was only two buildings before the days of jasmine and daisy. So if you would like a real review of the property please continue reading my review.
First of all, this resort has some of the best customer service i've seen in Nevada from numerous resorts. The front desk is very timely and energetic in checking you in and explaining to you the grounds and all the amenities that are offered. You do have the (OPTION) of going though a time shae presentation, if anything you get discounted show tickets of your choice for your time. Being an owner of multiple time shares, I opted not to go through the process of seeing what the Grandview offers.
I was upgraded upon checking in to a higher floor which had one of the most incredible mountain views i have ever seen! This upgrade did not go unappreciated either! This was a very special trip for my finance and I, so receiving such a courtesy offer was graciously accepted, yet unexpected.
The rooms them selves are spacious and come with a full kitchen and come equipped with coffee maker, toaster oven, conventional oven, dish washer, plate ware, silver ware, pitcher for drinks, cooler, mugs, linen, washer and dryer, etc.... they even provide you dishwashing powder and detergent for clothing to wash before you leave.
The pools are nice, the only down side to the pools are the children, I am sorry! I am one of those people children have no business in Las Vegas..... No one cares about them there.....Sorry..... But any ways, the pools are clean, the hot tubs are hot and the company that circulates the pools is refreshing. There is always a staff member around if you need questions answered or anything.
The maid service is what i like and how it should be at a time share. Instead of coming every day they refresh your room in the middle of the weel. Which I like because i tend to have alot of clothes every where during my travel.
Checking out was easy and done over the phone. The rooms were clean, the linens were white and fresh, the staff was amazing. I have absolutely no complaints and would and will stay in this fabulous resort again!
