Brought my sister in here on a Sunday night with a thumb injury, and at no time did I fear for her mortality.
She was seen by Dr. Weiler. He took the time to X-ray her thumb, explained the problem carefully to her, told her about the treatment and self care, and then explained the other issues she had related to her thumb. He asked her at least twice if she had any questions but, it wasn't even that he asked--it was the way he asked, as though he really needed to make sure she was satisfied and understood.
The medical assistant, Jeff, was also very good. Between the two of them, they gave sis great medical care.
Might have to change my insurance to Cigna after watching that. Wow.
