  • To preface: I go to this coffee shop almost daily, so I'm a bit biased. The staff (except for maybe one member) is always incredibly nice and conversational. Hope, Gabby, and Logan are my favorite workers -- Hope in particular is always so sweet and never fails to make me smile; Gabby is a great singer and just hilarious; Logan is incredibly thorough and remembered my order despite only ever really taking it once or twice. I have been to plenty of other coffee shops in the city, and yet Central remains my favorite. My go-to drink there is an iced caramel latte with almond milk, and they never disappoint. Most other places that I've ordered the exact same thing at have been too heavy-handed on either the caramel or too light. Central Coffee always has the exactly right balance between the two. I also enjoy the shop's vibe overall. It's a bit hipster-ish without being overstated. There's plenty of seating. The only complaint I have is about how small the parking lot is -- but there's always a spot nearby! Overall lovely place. I cannot praise its workers and the quality of their coffee enough.
