  • We used to visit Zipps once or twice a month. Until tonight. My wife's food was delivered with another basket sitting on top of it. I am not at all sure where that basket has been, whether or not it's been washed properly, etc. We mentioned this to the server. Their solution was to throw another piece of cheese on top of the cheese the basket had been resting upon. How is that better from a sanitation perspective? We asked to speak to the manager. Mindy came over and said "that's how we stack our "plates". Ok. Thanks, Mindy. FYI, the next time a customer comes to you with a concern about the sanitary conditions of their food like this, the answer is "I'm sorry. We will remake it"
