  • Too bad they only have the state license to work on single family homes. I called them on saturday as I realized that my HVAC was no longer cooling my place. I left a message and someone called me back within 30 minutes on a saturday morning. The rep said that most of the appt's were taken over the next couple of days and I should give my system a day or two before calling someone in. She said to watch out for others who might try to price gouge given the recent heat wave. I told her that I live in a four story condo and her response was that they did not have a license to work on that type of job. Too bad but what a nice company on a saturday morning no less !
