  • Matt and his team were outstanding from the get go to the finish. My family just moved into a new home and needed to install a softener and RO system. We had another company come out test our water(not that I needed it , it's AZ and the water is hard....) the pitch and sales tactics were not welcome in my house so we sent him on his way. I looked around carefully and there are other good companies out there but I felt Matt took the time to help me understand what was needed and that more isn't always better when it comes to what the resin tank has in it..He also was helpful in every step from planning (we don't have a loop), scheduling and installation. The people that install the softener actually work for Clear water and are not contracted out which I hear is common in this business. On a side note, if you have a hard time with hot water in the far reaches of your home spend the money for a hot water recirculator, they install those too.They also offer a healthier High Ph RO system that is competitively priced which was important to me since I have a family of five. Overall, Clear water provides systems that are well worth the money and I would call Matt back in a heartbeat if we needed a system elsewhere. Call them, you won't be disappointed.
